You flopped top pair HU, and that is a monster in this spot. Folding this hand anywhere is just crazy. I would 3-bet the flop fwiw.

Yeah I never thought about folding, but against a passivez0r, a 3-bet seemed like spewage. Especially since he can just call and then pop the turn on me. Then it's real ugly [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

This line seems decent as well, although I'm not sure if you're ever good on the river raise.

He's passive so it's not like we're killing his hand range. Also, anything you have to do against a 3-bet sucks, whether it's call down or fold.

By check-raising I can extract the most from my top pair. If I'm 3-bet, I can do something that not enough people do : fold. I'll be getting 3.3:1 on calling down, and I'm simply not that attached to Kxo against a relatively passive person.

I'd 3-bet here. There are a lot of hands that you beat will raise you here.
