Default 88 in the BB HU

First hand at the table so everyone is unknown.
How's this look? Should I fold this preflop since I don't know anything about his raising standards?

Perfect postflop. Against more aggressive opponents I 3-bet PF and lead.

Do we fold if he 3 bets the flop? What if he raises the turn? I would fold to both of these, is this weak tightness?

I think that not calling a 3-bet is a pretty clear mistake. People don't like being C/R'ed. They will often 3-bet with AK, AQ, KQ, AJ here.
