You would be dealt a fifth hole card down (instead of river) and only use three of your hole cards to complete. This might be inticing for Omaha players, I personally suck at Omaha and find four hole cards a total mind phuck let alone five. But if there are any Omaha players who would like to try it out please let me know the results, I would luv to hear the input.
