Default Good spot to raise the river?

I dont think there are all that many people who bluff raise the river. I know when I get raised on the river, if I dont have a disguised monster, I usually dont have the winner.

$5/$10NL

I open raise on the button to $40. BB calls. We both have $1000.

Pot is $85. The flop comes 732 rainbow. He checks, I bet $75 and he calls.

Pot $235. Turn is another 7. Check / check
Pot still $235. River is a Q. He bets $65 and I raise to $225.

Thoughts? I realize I didnt tell you what I have, but I wonder if it really matters. The only reason it matters is to determine if I want a call or not. I guess the question is what percentage of the time do you think the villian calls this raise?

100% depends on villain and how you've been playing. I'm not really sure what you're trying to represent here. If you had a hand like KQ, would you make this river raise? I think that's a plausible place to raise for value, but I doubt a lot of people make that raise. I think there's a pretty good chance he has some pocket pair or a hand like A3.

The times he folds, there's a reasonable shot he's folding A4, A5, 45, or 56 (or sometimes total idiots have like JT and wanted to test waters on flop).

I think he is not folding any pair (including 44), any 7, or any Q (thought not sure how he has a queen). I also don't know what range of hands the BB calls a pot with a 2 or 3 in them (maybe only A2s or A3s).

I put opponent on missed draw the times he folds, though A2 or A3 MIGHT fold river, but that's only showdownable hands he folds imo.

I had AJ and he folded. Of course I have no idea what he had. His river bet looked very weak to me. It looked like he only bet the river because I checked the turn behind and I thought I could represent AQ/KQ fairly easily.
