I finished my 500 hands yesterday evening and the money was in my account within an hour. No emails, no phone calls.

Yup I registered, and got the confirmation email before depositing.
I completed 500 raked last Thursday, emailed support Friday as no bonus had arrived, got a reply confiming I had met the requirements and promising I eould be credited by 27th

Still got no bonus, and customer service now appear to be ignoring my emails. Calling them is a little awkward right now as I'm at work!
