Prima Multiple account question.. is this normal

I had a poker account at royal vegas then got a sports betting account at bet365 which then became part of the prima network. I did win a large amount 1 month and I guess this brought up a red flag and they locked my account for 2 alias and kept my money. Nope not gonna break the rules. I called code poker and explained what happened to them, I guess we will see where it goes from here.
