i'm not sure where i'm at here. if bb flopped 2p, i'm good. if he flopped a set, i'm not. any thoughts? my line is standard, right? i call the minraise on the turn so i don't have to think too hard if i manage to get lucky and fill up. unfortunately, i don't.

Posting any reads are helpful, without them I could only guesstimate what percentage of the time you're good here. The way it's played, smells like a set, but the difference between call and fold here depend on read, but it's very plausable that you're up against a smaller two pair here with the play coming out of the BB.

This would be a tough laydown, and I wouldn't do it without a strong read on villian. Against an unknown, I'm calling but not too happy about it. Expect to lose to a well played set more than I would like, but expect to win a few more times against other junk.

You're either losing to a set of 9s or beating Ax.

I can't fold on the end because I can see villain having AK or a worse two pair often enough for a call to be +EV. I would've checked the turn behind as its a clear WA/WB situation (way ahead of Ax, way behind a set). Checking behind on the turn and calling any reasonable river bet or betting for value if checked to makes more money long term as the turn check will cause villain to bet a lot of hands you are beating on the river.

Push the turn and it's not close IMO. Top 2 and no str8s, get your chips in ASAP

I think when villain raises you on the turn, you can predict that youŽll end up with all your chips in the middle if you want to play this out. If youŽre willing to go there, push - if not, fold.
