Default Value on the river

Easy there,

Been playing alot of cash recently and running good but feel I'm playing a bit tight on the river and I may not be getting full value from good hands. Below is an example of a hand where I didn't really know how to play the river.

Party 200NL, I have $240 he covers me by a bit.

I have T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] CO-1, it's folded round to me, table has been playing really tight so I decide to raise to $6, my standard raise. Just the SB calls.

Flop comes 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

He checks, I've seem him c/raise a few raggedy flops against preflop raisers so I decide to take the free card and check also.

Turn 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

He bets $8 into pot of $13, I raise to $20, he calls.

River K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

He bets $20, I?

Obviously there is a flush there now which would be possible as he didn't put anything extra in until the turn. Should I therefore call? Or is this too tight? So I should raise? But how much, the $20 looks like blocker to me so how much should I raise? Am I laying this down if he reraises me?

Ta for thoughts Mussy

A worse hand won't pay off a river raise.

I like just calling here unless if you've been known to bluff suspected blockers with nothing.
