River Decision--Call the all-in?
Fairly new to table. No real reads on villain, maybe a tad aggressive. Who calls this? Who bets more on the turn?
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (10 handed) converter Hero ($137.15) BB (Villain)/ ($285.25) Preflop: Hero is CO with 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 6 folds, Hero raises to $5, Button calls $5, 1 fold, BB Villain/ calls $4. Flop: ($15.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players) Villain checks, Hero bets $14, Button folds, Villain calls $14. Turn: ($43.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players) Villain checks, Hero bets $20, Villain calls $20. River: ($83.50) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) Villain bets $246.25 (All-In), Hero...? Is the all-in more a sign of weakness here? What is villain's hand range? Results later. |

Re: River Decision--Call the all-in?
Definitely bet more on the turn. In these heads up situations, I am bombing away. Guys LOVE to make heroic calls/ill-advised bluffs.
