Default Home game question

I'm UTG in a NL home game, and the SB gets knocked out.

Where does the button go next, and who should pay the blinds?

So the previous BB = button now, and I'm the SB? Does UTG+1 get the BB?

Default Re: Home game question

i think the way stars plays it with a forward moving button rule is best.

eg, SB gets knocked out somehow, the guy who was BB is now missed out and becomes button.

that way nobody posts twice, but more importantly, no one is dealer twice.

and its easier to keep track of as a bonus.

thats how we do it in my home games.

edit, so yes, the way you state it is what id consider 'correct'. however ive heard it done differently, forward moving BB and so on.
