We hear you loud and clear, especially on the lag issues. Let us assure you that we’re working on it.

We have good news for you on both your questions:

1. Raked hands, how many do I have?

[/ QUOTE ]
There is a raked hand calculator feature coming soon. Please see our post about it here .

2. Client text file of playing session?

[/ QUOTE ]
A PlayCheck hand history exporter is currently in it’s testing phase. The exporter gives the information in text format AND is also CSV compatible, so you will be able to import the data into a CSV file as well. We won’t be able to give an approximate ETA of release until about Friday though. We’ll update once we have more detail.

Concerning the tournament times, this is quite difficult for us to comment on, as this is set by Prima Poker. Chris hit the nail right on the head - this is truly a subject where it is quite tricky to please everybody. Scheduling is extremely complicated, as a number of factors are taken into account e.g. time zones (to try and cater for Europe, US and the rest of the world), other tournament activity currently running on the network etc.

Unfortunately in this case, there’s not much we can do with regard to physically changing the times. We can (and will) make suggestions for more convenient times to Prima Poker but one must keep in mind that the larger "prize pool" tournaments are scheduled at times that are more convenient for everyone.

Thanks to everyone for voicing their opinion. It really shows us what the current issues are.
