Re: K8s 60-120 hand
I think your hand is good but I'll never criticize anyone for not 5-beting without the nuts.

"I think your hand is good but I'll never criticize anyone for not 5-beting without the nuts."
for a change, youre too compassionate. i think one key difference between a stellar player who can consistently beat games above 30-60 or so and one who is merely very good and can regularly beat 30 and lower is the ability to make those extra big bets using exceptional hand reading skills. my inability to 5 bet here on the turn was irrational and awful. of course my hand was good; ive seen players like this bb fish go gaga before when they hit their trips w/ shite kicker and i was a fool for not punishing him. im on tilt just thinking about it. btw bb had 85o. |

Playing 60-120? I hope you won. Really not much to say about the play of this hand. Like the way you played it.

Re: K8s 60-120 hand/results
So you missed a bet--but what about 9-7 or Q-9?
Might the big blind slowplay headsup? It looks like you had a read on him and failed to act on it. At the table, I would have clammed up in fright, fearing a straight, A8 or even TT. |
