Default Big Blind - Bubble Trouble!

$33 SnG / Blinds 200/400

(totals before blinds)
UTG 800
CO 3500
SB 2500
HERO 1200 (78o)

UTG pushes, CO and SB fold, hero? Safe to say UTG could be pushing any two and I have 8 high but getting a little over 3 to 1 on my money. Is this an insta-call? If not, what do you need to have to make this call +EV. I'm better at pushing any two than calling what appears to be any two.

I'd call. If you don't, you're pretty screwed stack-wise. And you're getting great odds.

Thanks, just making sure. I try not to be results oriented but I've had a few situations similar to this recently and the outcomes are the same, I call with rags getting good odds, don't improve, and bust out next hand. Perhaps there were opportunities earlier in the tournament I should be looking at instead. Just trying to narrow it down. Thanks again.
