Default Hand #1 too passive? Hand #2 too aggressive? You be the judge.

Hand #1

Reads: UTG+2 is unknown but the table is tight 30% flops seen. He seems to just be typical.

Preflop: AC is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. MP2 posts a blind of $2.

Flop: (7.50 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG+2 bets, MP2 folds, AC calls.

Turn: (4.75 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG+2 bets, AC folds.

Final Pot: 5.75 BB

Too passive? Raise flop? Call turn?

Hand #2

Reads: No reads on button except for his open limp on the button in this hand (nuff said.) And for BB I have him playing Q9o from EP. The flop came paired and ragged, the two blinds checked to him and he checked behind the flop and turn. The river brought a queen, both players checked again and he bet for value.

Preflop: AC is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
5 folds, Button calls, AC raises, BB calls, Button calls.

Flop: (6 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
AC bets, BB calls, Button folds.

Turn: (4 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
AC bets, BB calls.

River: (6 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
AC checks, BB checks.

Too agressive? Raise preflop? Bet flop? Bet turn?

Hand 1: Tough situation. I'd probably fold too, but I wouldn't be happy about it. I'd be interested to hear what other posters have to say about it. EDIT: I misread your post. I thought you had bet the flop. This is a pretty easy flop raise IMO.

Hand 2: Seems good to me. If the river wasn't a club I might even be tempted to fire again.

I'm raising the flop on #1.
