i need to go on a heater and move up a limit.

otherwise just identity and plug. Major leaks include

1) overcards on the turn
2) re-taking the lead in small pots without top pair
3) never raising the river

1)Play my ass off (at least 12k hands) before I go to Vegas after Xmass. (subset of this is to not worry about the bonuses so much, JUST PLAY THE GAMES!!!)

2)Start reviewing some of my hand sessions

3)Read more of my favorite SH threads

2) Clear some bonuses
3) Read and study on these forums

3) Play at least 4 hrs/day average.

November goals:
1. Have a baby - done, she's beautiful
2. Try to get 3-5k hands - done (played ~6k - my PT crashed)
3. 1 table some 2/4 6max - got roughed up for 100BB over 2.5k hands but 2 bonuses and a 2nd place in Dr Pauly's Sat tourney almost covered my loses. Ran hot as hell in 1/2 though so month was still good)
4. Read some more of King Yao's book - very little read

December goals:
1. Play 5k hands at 1/2
2. Improve my preflop play especially from the blinds
3. Work off some Paradise bonus
4. Finish King Yao's book
