your flop raise was 1/4th pot. your turn bet was also 1/4th pot. your river bet was also about 1/4th the pot.

why are you underbetting so much?

I noticed that too, but didn't say anything since this isn't an NL forum. But you're right - a 1/4 pot bet isn't going to drive out anyone who has connected with the board, and that's what you want to do when you flop TPGK with possible straight draws - get other people out of the hand, or at least give them incorrect odds to chase their draws.

But this isn't an NL forum, so I'll shut up now.

Bet the pot on the flop, then bet the pot on the turn, then you won't have some donk catching trips on the river and shoving it up your stack.

*grunch*

OK first thing is you did not raise enough preflop for the penny stakes game ($.10 is better IMO), and you REALLY didn't raise enough on the flop given the potential straight draw on the board. There was already $.24 in the pot and you only raise another $.04, giving Button almost 5-to-1 and BB then gets better than 8-to-1 when the action gets back to him. You need to raise at least half the pot.

So now let's look at the turn. Hmm well it looks like if someone had 86 they just got there. But, it doesn't matter because the action is checked to you and you bet a small fraction of the pot again, giving everyone else great odds to draw against you.

I can't really comment on the river because by the time you get there you really cannot put your opponent on a hand since you didn't really test them properly on previous streets. I agree with the fold, though.
