Default Jacks early....good line or played like a weak tight toddler

I'm a decent ring player trying to convert my thinking into tournament mode. My inclination is to play jacks much more aggro, but was this a better line early in the tourney?

No real reads. The BB made a questionable call against a push to double up, and I my though was I didn't want to lose my stack if he happened to be sitting on a Q or K. Comments on all streets appreciated.

absolutely fine, but I'm one of those that limp JJ preflop

raising JJ pf is fine as well, but this is fine.

You need to raise PF here - ESPECIALLY opening the pot. I would have made it t50 to go.

Given this hand (or with the PF), continuing for 3/4 pot behind the check-check is fine. With a call, it's no crime to slow down like you did on the turn. Likewise the river call given those odds is a no-brainer.

No problems, but raise PF.

[Many will advocate limping in EP in these early levels]

Raise preflop. You should try to build a nice pot. Make it between 45 and 60. If called, I would bet that flop, about 2/3 pot or so, and shutdown to any resistance.

I would have raised Jacks here. It's definitely a viable line.

I don't think limping is too terrible, but raising is probably better.

I like the flop bet, the turn check, and the river call. Seems good.

Generally, play L1-L2 like a ring game, except maybe tightening up in a few places.

I dont think limping is fine here at all. If I read this right you are on the button and its folded to you and you didnt raise this is painful to watch. Thats not weak tight, thats just weak.

Edit: just noticed its your first post, i wont be as hard then, but yeah you need to raise PF like everyone said here.

RAISE PF MY MAN. It's folded to you on the button. With a couple of limpers ahead of you, maybe you go ahead and limp. If you're in EP, maybe you go ahead and limp. But if you're opening on the button with JJ and you're not raising, you're giving crap hands like Q3 a chance to have you dead to a jack on the flop.

I like the postflop play!

However I would have raised PF here. If I had JJ in middle-late pos I would have mixed up my play with about 80/20 raises/calls. Would probably be about 20/80 limps/raises from early position though. Probably near 100% raises on the button when opening the pot though, depending on the lpayer. But since you lack a read, you should raise here in my opinion.
