Default OT: How do you wind down after a session?

I live in the UK, so I play late at night/early morning. I'm sure many of you out there do. Therefore, after a session it's usually time for bed. However, my brain is still buzzing from all the thousands of decisions I've just made and I find it hard to sleep. Sometimes I just don't bother sleeping at all (like right now), which is obviously hazardous to your health!

Suggestions? (please keep the sarcastic replies to a minimun unless it's really funny )

usually 2-3 cigs does the trick for me, or I play some Rome:Total War for 45 mins or so.

I run a couple miles or do a couple hundred situps, then I wake up my woman and freak her all night.

Oh whom am I kidding. In reality I wank off to my favorite Final Fantasy characters, then warm up a nice glass of milk & tuck myself in.

In the time it took me to click "reply", this post got significantly more disturbing.

Either way, you should probably start winding down a couple hours earlier from now until the end of the month.
