My turn to set up one of these stupid threads.

Even stupider considering that I am badly down.
-$38 at $25 NL in just 100 hands (51 raked).

At this rake I am gonna lose a lot of money to get my $100.

83 raked at 1/2, and 2/4, and up $64. This is how they usually begin though. Around 400-500 raked hands I'll hit a massive downswing, and finish up around +$25 including the bonus.

This is the first bonus this month that I am losing.

Did great on the Party bonus and on the MultiPoker new-player bonus.

Did amazing on the Absolute bonus.

So, I suppose, I can't really complain. But that's not gonna stop me. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Getting a free $100 is a free $100 whether its $2300 instead of $2200, or losing $950 instead of losing $1050. The glass doens't have to be half empty.

Thanks a lot. I read this after winning 20 BB in about 20 hands, and go "Man that guy needs more confidence, I had this same thing happen last Party bonus before dropping 40 BB, but that doesn't mean it is going to happen this time."

And then it happened.

Again.

Sorry, not much I can do about it. It's literally happened to me the last 5-6 Party skin reloads I've done.

+$18 after 285 raked at NL25 and PL25. I play the most boring poker during reloads b/c I try too hard to avoid the variance and avoid the marginal plays. In other words, I play better poker with better results during reloads.

Better poker = more profitable poker and so avoiding marginal situations means you are losing a little bit of profit

+44 dollars after 128 raked hands. Had guys going all in before my turn...and me with the nut straight. Love the NL50 idiots.

Normally 2 + 2'ers and BWs take up these bonuses and hit them right away...like I did. But the tables didn't tighten up at all. It was a good night.
