Where can I find the best rake rebate for Empire?

Has anyone signed up for a good rake rebate deal for Empire? I have a party account but I don't currently get a rake rebate so I was just going to sign up under Empire to get one. This is ok as long as I make the account on a different computer first, right?

Also, I'm an affiliate for party so if I sign up under an affiliate for Empire will they find that shady?
