How to Play KK when A flops?

Don't have any read on Villain since I just joined table

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. CO posts a blind of $2.
1 fold, UTG+1 :#A500AF(Villain)/ raises, Hero 3-bets, 5 folds, UTG+1 :#A500AF(Villain)/ calls.

Flop: (8.50 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Villain checks, Hero bets, Villain raises, Hero calls.

Turn: (6.25 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Villain bets, Hero calls.

River: (8.25 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Villain bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 10.25 BB

Without a read I play it the same and if he had lead out the flop I would just call/call/call.

i think folding to the flop c/r is the only other way to play it. I think it's close. without a read I'm tempted to take your line. Against a TAG I think this is an easy fold.

why would you call the flop raise? you're not getting odds to hit your set and he's betting the turn approx. 100% of the time. I think calling the flop intending to fold on the turn is throwing money away.

I'm dumping on the flop. Your pf 3bet screams "I have a good hand" so I don't think he's check raising expecting you to fold. I think he's trying to c/r for value here and I'd bet his read is that you have an ace.

I would expect a good thinking TAG to do this with any hand except an A.

Note to jason_t, this "KK or QQ when Ace flops with no read" type hand should be added to the FAQ like WA/WB because it comes up every week.
