Default Mucked cards vs. pot odds

hrmm...

it seems odd that sites would object to pot odds but not mind you showing mucked cards. personally i don't find either morally wrong since it's just using available information.

showing mucked cards basically gives a professional player an edge over beginners who aren't knowledgable about how to view their hand histories. in the mind of someone who knows nothing about online poker, that's cheating because he meant to hide his cards from you.

showing pot odds is just summarizing readilly available information, which would probably help a recreational player more than most of us. this probably wouldn't bother most fish, because they couldn't give a hoot about odds.

Pot odds are just a simple calculation. Determining whether to raise or fold a hand preflop is just a simple calculation. Determining whether you should check/bet/fold on the flop is just a simple calculation in most cases.

My point is that there has to be a line drawn somewhere, and I would prefer to keep pot odds and things that help you make decisions for the hand out.
