Default there was a bunch of good tables this weekend

UTG is really loose passive. MP2 is your average 15 LAG. MP3 is maniacal.

Party Poker 15/30 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 2 folds, MP2 raises, MP3 calls, Hero calls, 2 folds, BB calls, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: (10.66 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
BB checks, UTG+1 bets, MP2 calls, MP3 raises, Hero calls, BB folds, UTG+1 calls, MP2 calls.

Turn: (9.33 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
UTG+1 checks, MP2 bets, MP3 raises, hero?

preflop (the blinds were both 30+ vpip)
flop (i thought waiting for a safe turn to raise the maniac was a good idea)

You definitly need to 3 bet this flop, but i still think you might be good here. MP2 seems like he might have a QK type hand, so i would 3 bet the turn and try to get heads up with the maniac, assuming you feel he raises this turn with hands worse than yours.

3-bet and see what happens. And I agree that you absolutely must 3-bet this flop and hope maniac caps and bets into you on the turn, as they often like to do.

Fold the turn, don't be stubborn. The goodness of the tables means that you don't need to push small edges, especially when folding is so much cheaper than sticking around.

This isn't a tournament, there's no real need to pass up a small edge to wait for a larger one a hand later.

Yeah, I guess by 'small edge' here I mean 'hunch.'

Your hand is screaming to be 3bet on the flop louder than a 9 month old baby that just had its mother replaced with a marmot.
