Crypto Dormant Account Fee

I had less than a dollar in my account when they hit me with a $2 dormant account fee. I will want to return in a few months when I move up limits and their bonus is worth doing again. So let me ask:

Will they continue to assess this fee? How often?

Will they take a part of my next deposit to make up the full $2 fee (I had about 50 cents in the account)?

If so, can I get them to waive this before I deposit when I am ready to play?

Small amounts, but I'd be interested to know (this was Carib Sun btw). Thanks.
