Default Big mistake on the flop?

UTG+1 and MP2 are loose passive. CO is TAG.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, Hero raises, 1 fold, MP2 calls, 1 fold, CO calls, 3 folds, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: (9.33 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, MP2 raises, CO calls, UTG+1 calls, Hero 3-bets, MP2 calls, CO calls, UTG+1 calls.

This 3-bet might be much worse than a check raise on the turn. Given the 2 others limping along, if I just call and check, MP2 will almost certainly bet. I then get 1-2 calls and can raise, netting me several more bets than my play.

Thoughts?

Turn: (10.66 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, MP2 calls, CO folds, UTG+1 calls.

River: (13.66 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets, MP2 calls, UTG+1 calls.

Final Pot: 16.66 BB
