Goin to Vegas...

I just turned 21 and I'm goin' to Vegas for the first time in December...planning on playing a little 3-6 and 4-8. What are the best places to play in terms of suckers, and what places have the softest games? Also, are there any casinos with well-structured, relatively cheap ($30-60) tournaments?
