Default Misapplying concepts

Villian is 59/21/1.9 over 139 hands.

PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB calls, BB calls, <font color="#CC3333">MP caps</font>, Hero calls, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (16 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, MP checks, Hero checks.

Turn: (8 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, SB folds, BB folds, <font color="#CC3333">MP 3-bets</font>, Hero pukes

PF: I hadn't noticed whether maniac was the type to cap with anything or cap w/ only premiums.

F: At the time (and now still), I think a bet is poor because it's just asking to be CR'ed, noone will fold, and it's unlikely a bet will buy a free card next round. Do I still need to bet this flop?

T1: Is this raise just spewing? Since the maniac bet, I figured this would be a good spot for this move. However, looking at the board further, there aren't many hands SB/BB have that would call one but not two, so is it even worth raising to increase my chances to win the pot?

T2: All my options are crap. I was most confused here.

So, how did I do on flop/turn1, and what would be your line after getting 3-bet?

Thanks.

i think this is an easy hand to play. everything you did is fine, just fold the turn and life is good.

I am unsure about the flop. I think I might bet to get the free card on the turn. You can't just assume you are getting check raised, and I think often enough you do get the free card. You also have quite a bit of equity, considering your overcards, and back door straight flush draw.

Turn raise is pretty bad. With 4 people, I don't think you will get them all to fold, and your showdown value is not all that high. On the turn you are getting 13:1, and I give you around 3 outs, maybe less. I think you can fold.

i'd bet the flop and take it from there - you might fold a naked ace or something.
