Default River decision with KK

Party 1K 5-handed typical SH table

No reads, no significant stats.

I ($1100) make it $35 with KK in MP. Small blind calls. Flop is JJ4 rainbow. He checks, I bet $40, he calls. Turn is a ten (2 hearts). He checks, I check.

I know the more common, and probably useful, question here is how much to call on the river when a blank hits. But just as I was pondering that dilemma, a king comes on the river. SB bets $125. What's the best number?

300-400 sounds about right.

You're only getting called by a J or better, but that's also a very likely hand, and he might even raise.
