Default How can I trust poker tracker when......

I am up $500 from last night, but PT says I lost $30?

If the money is that far off, how can I trust the stats?

You obviously did something wrong here.

But I can't tell you what that is.

I don't know if this is the cause of the problem, but ...

Party and skins have a small bug in the Hand History to disk. Some tables have 'special characters' -- " or \ -- and the like in there names. Party tries to create a hand history file with these characters in the name and it fails. Those hand histories are not stored on your hard drive but would need to be e-mailed to you.

Also, if the winnings came from MTT you might need to File |Party & Aff.... Manual Entry to get the results in the database.

Usually, when this happens to me, it is a DFU error.

Is IT a DFU error, or an ID Ten T error (ID10T),

Make sure you have all the limits you played checked in the preference page. I do this all the time go to check and half the stats aren't there. Oh I was checking my 5/10 6 max stats and didn't change it back.

I can play poker but can't handle software.

Best bet is that you have some filters turned on, either on the main page or in your preferences.

No filters on, the dates are all right. It's not an idiot error. If you read my building the a poker computer thread you will see I'm having problems with PT. I think the database is messed up.
