400-Panthers
300-Cowboys
200-Rams o46
100-Bears

Panthers- Saints have too many distractions

Cowboys- What can I say, I'm a homer.

Rams- Great offense, lousy defense.

Bears- I'm going to fade Gibbs in every game.

Unsophisticated analysis follows.

To be honest, only the first two jumped out at me as bets I might actually want to make. But I'll explain the other two anyway.

Rams: I just think the 49ers are horrible, and the Rams aren't. 4.5 is a decent bit on the road, but I think the 49ers are gonna have huge trouble scoring.

Panthers: The Panthers are better than the Saints, it's at home, and the Saints will be distracted by Katrina (as they should be).

Texans: I just don't think the Bills are that good, and I think the Texans are better than others do.

Patriots u50: 50 is a lot. I know it's the Raiders and all, but it's early in the season, and I'm hoping for a 28-21 game I think people are overestimating Moss' impact on the total.

With the first three, basically just betting against bad teams.

The Lions-Packers game should be a shootout, with two good offenses versus two suspect defenses. I also like GB here (never underestimate the Brett Favre post-tragedy effect), just not as much as the others I listed.
