I'd bet on the flop and continue betting down until you face resistance. This kind of player will call down with A high, bottom pair, or low PP to showdown.

I dont see a reason not to bet the flop, this is NOT WA/WB, you cant give free cards.
On the turn you pick up a gutshot so I really want to see the river. If he is a LP, I bet anyways but against a LAG that raises me a lot on the turn I check-call to make sure I see the river.
River is a pretty good card for you, you were behind to a Q anyways so he cant have drawn out on you here. He might have had a flush draw or straight draw so you have to take this to showdown. Betting doesnt do you much good because you wont be good 55% of the time he calls you (and you open yourself to a bluffraise) so I check-call and try to induce a bluff from a busted draw.

I like just checking the flop. My read on this guy is that he is fairely loose and aggressive. He will bet lots of stuff into me, and with his wide range of starting hands he may fold a lot of garbage he may otherwise bluuff with.

Also: If you bet the flop and are raised, what is your plan for the rest of the hand. Do you just fold right then and there?
