I flopped quads once vs. overpair. Villain hit runner runner higher quads. It was not plesant, and I'm still playing now.

Buuuuuut, if you had placed a $10 side bet on a red flop, you would be $80 richer.

Not me, I only go/call all-ins on the river with the nuts. Then I post about it.

after being down 23 buy ins over 30K hands at 25NL and getting it all back in 12K hands - I moved up to 50NL - and have lost 10 buy ins in 4 sessions! I have been beat every way imaginable - best was this

guy with A4 - having called my $1.5 PFR then called my pot sized flop bet - and my over pot sized tuurn bet (having got a boat) gets quad 4's on the river.

You know what happens - I am not changing my game as yet - I have not even gone iinto replay each hand mode - I have just had a rotten run... if you play aggressive your swings are going to be bigger...
