Default Value bet this river or what?

I played a hand similar to this today at 15/30 and I find myself in this situation occasionally.

Let's say you have AA (suits not important). 1 limper, I raise in cutoff, sb calls, bb 3 bets, limper calls 2 cold, I cap it and everyone calls.

Flop is something like 9cJxKc, they all check to me, I bet and they all call.

Turn is a blank, again they all check to me and call.

River is a small club and once again they all check to me. At this point the pot is preety big (around 14bb). What's my move. Bet and fold to a raise... I dont mind folding to a raise, but one of my friend told me he just checked because he wouldnt be able to fold to a raise, ect. The players seemed preety fishy, at least 2 of them. Anyways, im preety sure im loosing money on this river by not betting.

What do you guys think?
