Default Stars\' private tables

I asked stars about a private table to play once or twice a week with some scattered friends. I was told I needed to have 2000 fpp's. They could be used; they just have to have been in my account. I don't believe there is a charge for a table. My question is what could keep me from getting someone else to set it up with a password and that person doesn't even have to play.I don't think the person who establishes it has to be there to play. Anyway, if anyone knows anything about this I'd like to hear what you have to say. I didn't think asking stars customer support would be the best thing to do.

If someone else sets up the tourney for you, then that is fine.
