Default Annotated play?

Hey there

In backgammon its very common to learn from annotated matches. An expert going through an entire match, and commenting on both the obvious and the tricky plays.

Does anything comparable exist in poker (except for the superstars invitational TV-shows :-)

Or maybe just a book or online source that has ALL the hands played at a final table, and not just the most spectacular ones.

Thx in advance

Fox Sports Network covered a really good tournament about a year ago that showed every hand. I believe it was live. Ivey won it, though I can't remember the name of the event. Some people were annoyed that they didn't cut out the "slow" parts, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Play by play is quite nice, and you'll notice that many of the recently successful books have adopted this sort of dialogue when discussing example hands. For example, HoH (pick this up if you haven't read it, btw).

But as for individual annotations of, say, every hand at a final table... aside from TV commentary I don't know that there's much to be found on it.

Thx a lot. I will look out for that one.

HoH is ordered and on its way. It is co-authored by one of the top backgammon authors and former world champions, so maybe thats why its a bit more systematic :-)

I found a site with Replay of SNGs on Party.

Something like this may be useful to you as well, allthough some kind of comments would be nice.

Anyone else have an idea where to look?
