Default A new way to tip a dealer!!!

I did this all day long a few years ago. I was in a good mood, the table was having a good time, playing 6-12 HE.

It all started when I was in the BB and 8 players had limped in. I told the dealer "check", "If I win this pot you get 1/2" the profit. What I didnt tell the dealer was I was playing in the dark. I checked the flop dark. Nobody bet!!
I bet the turn having still not seen my cards. 4 callers. I fired on the river having still not seen my cards and made a wise crack like "dealer you just made 1/2 a pot". I got 2 callers!!

"UHOH" "Hell, I havent even looked at my hand yet!!" So I flipped em over and showed the mortals. I chopped it up accordingly and gave the dealer about $60 bucks.

I did this 7 times that day alone!! In fact, I pushed that 1st dealer 2 x 1/2 pots and on my 3rd limped BB with him I told him he got nothin and called the chip runner over. Yep, she got 1/2 pot.

It was only after about the 3rd time that 2 guys just to my left noticed I was not looking even when I said I hadnt looked. This caused them to call me down with Q high even. Yet I still turned over winners!

I guess I toked off over $400 that day. And I left stuck about $80 bucks. But it was fun, none the less. I also got my dinners paid for by dealers for the next week!
