Default Are there PStars table mods?

I *hate* the way the tables look at Pokerstars. Are there any mods or is there a way to change how it looks? thanks

The only mod I know of is the one I created for PokerAce Hud.

I created a black background with the original table.

http://pokeracesoftware.com/hud/layouts.php

With that said, if the my table image doesnt suffice for you, you can always use the method that I created and swap in the table image of your choice.

Best regards,

I don't know of any mods, but they have a test site that features a skinnable interface. It's just playmoney at the test site, and they only have 4 skins available right now, but you can check that out. It's been up for a while now, but I have no idea when it'll be released. It's at http://testpokerstars.com/

I just go into the images folders for all sites and make all the images gray

Our Party, Empire, and Eurobet image modification files were so popular, that we decided we had to slightly modify a background that someone else made for PokerStars, which readers complained had too busy a background. Check out the difference it makes:

How do you get the image to not cause PokerStars to "update" and overwrite it each time you run it? Do you just move the file in after opening stars?

NM

Just read the instructions on how to fix this on that site.

you can use mods and never miss software updates.

make a text file called PS.bat in your pokerstars folder.

<font class="small">Code:</font><hr /><pre>
move Gx\bg.jpg Gx\bg.jpg.bak
PokerStarsUpdate.exe
move Gx\bg.jpg.bak Gx\bg.jpg
</pre><hr />

now make a shortcut to PS.bat in your start menu. voila!

There is an easier way. Just run "PokerStars.exe" instead of "PokerStarsUpdate.exe".
