Default Overplayed Dreamrunners ?

PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is MP with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, BB calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, BB calls.

Turn: (3.25 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, BB calls.

River: (5.25 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB caps</font>, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 13.25 BB

I had just sat down at the table a while ago, but the trend in these games is that the players aren't too bright.

So from the way the hand was played on earlier streets, I'd put him on ace+paired rag, probably A8 or something. If he had a set, he would've raised on turn, aight? So is there a reason to slow down on the river?

Looks like a set or a straight. You have to call the cap, but you are going to lose the majority here. You might split occassionaly as well.

This is fine, in fact not three betting the river here would be very bad. Well played.

Played the stars 1/2 SH game for the first time last night (clearing the bonus). You played this fine. Very wild/aggro/tiltish games, IMO. Hope some of them play higher...soon.

I don't know. If he does have a set or a straight, he played it horribly. Your line is standard. In fact I think most of the time he's got a bigger Ace and he's one of those guys that doesn't know 3-betting preflop is an option, which is just about everyone at 1/2. Even given the action I think you win here most of the time.

Yea, that's kinda what I thought, it's hard to put him on straight or set form the way he played the turn.

I think most of the time you're looking at a worse aces up, but either way you're winning this a large chunk of the time.
