I don't raise the flop here... if you raised and he moved in you would have had to fold the best hand and if you somehow made an accurate call you still wouldn't be that far ahead.

plus with 2 people still to act you'd rather they declare their hands before putting 60 into the pot. turn is a clear push since he probably just moves in with a set on the flop or c/r's to try and trap the rest of the field.
