I have this program. I want to plot a graph in dollars instead of bb. Is there a way to do this, or another program ?

You aren't looking hard enough. Pokergrapher does this already. It's just an option you select.

On the options tab. Select the radio button that says "Display by dollar" in the "Y axis" section.
