Crazy Poker (Prima site) is still doing 33% rakeback direct to players (no affiliates needed) I think..

As a casual player, I get far more from bonuses than rakeback (and still have about $2000 of bonuses outstanding at various sites - mainly Stars, Paradise, UB and Pokershare)
