Default Getting a new laptop?

Hi I am looking to get a new laptop. I have played on an apple thus far and I am ready to branch out to sites away from the pokernetwork (ongame network). I am looking for a little bit of info. about where to buy and what to get. I will be at least 4 tableing on the laptop but I will use it for almost nothing else besides poker. I see deals posted on here frequently..where do those come from and should I wait for one of those to come up again? What is the best laptop to buy- dell? Any information would be greatly appreciated as I know very little about the subject. I am sorry if this is a noob question or if I should have posted it in a different forum. Oh and I have plenty of money to buy one with but would not like to spend more than necessary. Thanks for any help that you can give.
Z.P.

Wait for Dell to put out a 750 off 1500 coupon and then get a pimped out dell. You'll want 1 Gb of ram to run 4 tables, PT, a heads up display, AIM, and an internet window at the same time without lag. 512 mb is bare minimum. Also, you'll want one with a very high resolution and/or widescreen 17" monitor to 4 table without overlap
