Default PokerTracker Error

When I start the timer to import my hands it keeps giving me these errors.

Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. The error messages were written to a file named c:\program files\poker tracker v2\PTAI_ErrorFile_20051130_181356.txt - 2 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported.

Anybody know how to fix this?

Your best option is to ge to the pokertracker forums that you can reach from the help menu in PT. Pat has great support and will get you an answer.

Is it always the same game #? If so then go to your poker site dir and delete the file that contains that hand (use the err log to find it; and IMO you should be using the "move processed files" anyway so pt isn't continuously reading the same files over and over).

If it isn't always the same game # maybe you have some sort of connection problem? pt always complains if a game is written incompletely.

If it isn't either then try pt forums...
