empire cashing out

so the other day i tried cashing out $4K from empirepoker using the IGMPAY an now im gettin the run around. they told me my bank wasnt accepting electronic transactions.. i know this is BS. anyone get this problem?

haven't tried yet, but i've cashed out via neteller just fine...

and if its any consolation, i had no problem depositing via IGM to get my RFC 10% bonus...

the problem is empirepoker, i think they only let you cash out 3K per day..

I cashed out $500 on Tuesday, showed up on Thursday. So they're not screwing everyone, at least.

I've had no problem, made 2 cashouts $1500 and $500 to Neteller.

That's wrong. I cashed out 9k on Wednesday via Neteller and it was in my account by Wednesday night.

How do you know this is BS? Everyone else is getting their money fine. Try calling your bank.

In my experience you can cash out for any amount. If over 3K IGMPay will break up the payments into chunks for you.

I did.. my bank said they received them just fine. Yet empire tells me my bank wont accept ACH deposits (igmpay).

for those cashing out larger amounts from empire, is there a monthly limit? i thought i heard it was $10,000.
