Default Hypothetic Small Blind Equity

I apologize i advance if anyone has discussed this topic previously; if so, please direct me toward said thread.

Let's say you're playing on the Party network. You post your big blind, action doesn't matter whether you win or lose. Blinds cost you money. So you're one of those really cool types that doesn't use the auto post button. Knowing this, you decide to sit out every time the Small Blind comes to you. You sit out this hand, and come back for your button hand. Party allows you to play all the hands until you're Big Blind again, since you posted. Would this be conceivably a +EV situation? I only ask because you'd have one less hand in bad position; more importantly a hand you paid a SB for. This isn't something I am considering doing, but just wondered if it would be worth doing at all. Any reasoning is believable to me either way.
