Default 3/6 nut flush draw, board double paired on turn

villain is 32/1/1.26 over 200 hands.

I figured with board double paired check/fold was best. Now I'm not so sure since I also had the nut two paired on board.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], a[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold</font>, MP calls, CO calls, 1 fold</font>, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)</font>
SB checks, Hero bets</font>, MP folds, CO calls, SB folds.

Turn: (3 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>
Hero checks, CO bets</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 4 BB

I see no reason to think CO has an 8 or a 2 in his hand. I think your flush will be good a lot here and your 3 A outs will be good a lot of the time here as well. I think it is likely he has a pocket pair or A high or just position -- a lot of people will take a shot at you here.

bet the turn.

this player doesn't have a bluff raise in him and he may even fold a hand that is ahead or drawing live.

I would have bet the turn again. He could have almost anything there and bet it. He probably won't bluff raise you on the turn so easy fold if raised.

I'm bet/folding the turn, you gave him the opening to bluff you, and there is no way that you can really call his bet, so just make your life easier for yourself and just bet the turn
