standard or weak tight? villain seems pretty passive

Against a passive villain this is a Q, 88 or KK almost everytime.

Commendable lay down. I wish I did this more often. If you call here, you are calling for your stack when beat, but you are only winning the $8 if he is bluffing. A passive villain is only raising with Qx or 88 here.

If you call his bet, you are in for your entire stack on the next two cards.
Thoughts:
-are you weak, tight, in which case a LAG may just jump your bet to get you to fold, (though unlikely for this amount)
- if not, he hit A, Q, or 88 and "ya done good" to fold.
I read it that you are beat. Fold.
