I know I got lucky as fvck, but would you have called this preflop raise. The funny thing is, he limp-reraised, which is usually a sign to run for the hills. I kinda thought I was beat, so do I lay it down preflop?

Depends on the buyin for the SNG... for the lower stakes like the 11 or 22s, people can easily do this for mid and low PPs... anything higher i'd proceed with caution...

usually with JJ I'm not going to commit my bankroll preflop in the early stages of an SNG.

This early with deep stacks facing a limp re-raise from early position....easy muck. What hands can you put him on? AKs(maybe),AA-QQ(likely),JJ-88(doubtful).

I personally would not raise here pre-flop. Your raise is not likely to take down the pot. Your giving the limpers 2-1 to call and are usually looking at an overcard on the flop. Limp and play for set value.

If you must raise, do it with the intention of taking it down (240 or so). When the early limper comes over that bet it is easier to put him on a big hand.
