Nice to see someone from Vancouver on this site. I've yet to meet anyone at RR that knows about it. Of course I do play at the lower limits and probably the 3-6 nl and 30/60 guys know about it. I found out about it from someone I met in Reno. Anyway, nice to see a local.

Van is pretty well represented here I think and definetely on stars. I know so many lower mainland and BC people there. A lot of top NL players are from here, Bushman, Hookz to name a few. RR means Riverrock i'm guessing. I have never played live lol :/ Anyways, nice to meet you to and GL.

I recognize The Shrike from somewhere. Pocketfives has him listed as Jeff Henry.

yeah....between some of those guys and foxyplayer, gank, jennicide and others I decided to take a 'pass' on this double-shootout.

Seems a lot of the good players have been anxiously waiting for these PCA qualifiers to start.
I expect a lot of the people playing these today to keep on playing them until they qualify.
Hopefully some of them stop playing these as much once they get their seat (yes yes...they get W$ and what-not....but not EVERYBODY will be chasing after those once they are already confirmed for the PCA).

It did NOT look like a particularly fishy field to me.
then again, I've been running kinda bad and my perspective is a bit skewed these days.
