Drawing 3 to a boat

OK so I'm playing some 5-card draw for a change of pace on Paradise and am doing pretty well. Then within about 30 min I get a dealt Full-house, Flush, and Trips busted when my opponent draws 3 to a pair and hits a Full-house.

So what exactly are the odds of hitting a full house when drawing 3 to a pair. And then what are the odds of at a 5-handed table someone being dealt a pat FH and having someone outdraw them with a pair (the rank of the pair is above either full house component).
